Use and safety Tips
-
Before burning your candle, always trim the wick between ⅛ - ¼ inches. A wick too long can result in uneven burning and dripping.
-
Keep the wax pool clean and free of wick trimmings, matches, and debris
-
To avoid surface damage, always place your candle on a heat resistant surface and keep away from anything that can catch fire.
-
Keep the flame away from moving air (fan, vents, air conditioner, etc.). This prevents an uneven burn, flame flare-ups, and sooting.
-
Do not burn candles for more than four hours at a time and always burn your candle in a well-ventilated room.
-
Avoid burning the candle all the way down. Discontinue use when a ½ inch of wax remains.
-
Touching or moving a candle while it's burning or while the container is still hot is extremely dangerous.
-
Make sure your candle is always within sight, and the flame is extinguished before going to bed or exiting the room.
-
Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.
